Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 pm EST containing only specified, qualified items will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Times:
* Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the ship date, barring any carrier delays.
* Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping to these locations may take 45 to 65 days, depending on the chosen shipping method.
* Carrier Delays: Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during high-volume periods or due to external factors, including COVID-19 impacts.
* International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer free international shipping. Please check the shipping costs at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please follow these guidelines:
* Same-Day Cancellation: If your order was placed before 1:00 pm EST, you must email us before 1:00 pm EST on the same day to cancel.
* Next-Day Cancellation: If your order was placed after 1:00 pm EST, you must email us before 10:00 am EST the next business day.
* Cancellation Requests: Please email your order number to beubeverlyhills@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations or issue refunds for delivery fees after 1:00 pm EST on the day of purchase.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
